Settings

Configure display preferences and in-app notification behaviour.

Overview

The Settings page lets you customise how the dashboard displays dates and times, and control in-app notification sounds and categories. You can access it from the sidebar under Settings.

Timezone

Choose how dates and times are displayed across the entire dashboard. By default, plutarc uses your browser's timezone. You can override this with any IANA timezone from the selector, which groups 500+ timezones by region (Africa, America, Asia, etc.).

Your timezone preference applies globally to all dates shown in charts, tables, trade details, and activity feeds. The setting is stored on your account and syncs across devices — if you change your timezone on one device, it takes effect everywhere you're signed in.

To reset to your browser's default, select Browser default from the top of the timezone selector.

Notification Sounds

Toggle the Alert sounds switch to enable or disable audio notifications for critical events such as bot failures. When enabled, the dashboard plays a sound when important events occur while the tab is open.

Notification Categories

Fine-tune which in-app notifications you receive by toggling individual categories:

  • Bot status — bot online, offline, and paused state changes
  • Bot commands — command completion and failure notifications
  • Backtests — backtest progress, completion, and failure
  • Deployments — deployment progress and status changes

All categories are enabled by default. Muted categories are saved locally per device — they do not sync across browsers.

For email and Telegram notification preferences (billing alerts, ticket updates, trading events, summaries, and lifecycle), see the Account & Billing page.

Data Management

The Data Management section lets you permanently delete trading data in bulk. Three modes are available:

  • Delete All Data — removes all trades, positions, equity snapshots, signals, and bot events across both live and testnet.
  • Delete All Live Data — removes only live trading data. Testnet data is preserved.
  • Delete All Testnet Data — removes only testnet (paper trading) data. Live data is preserved.

Each action requires confirmation. API keys and bot configurations are not affected — only trading data is deleted. This cannot be undone.

To delete data for a single API key, use the cascade delete option in the API Keys delete dialog instead.

Organization Settings

If you belong to one or more organizations, an additional Organization section appears in Settings when an org is selected as the active workspace. From here, Owners and Admins can manage the organization's name, slug, member roles, and pending invitations. Owners can also transfer ownership or delete the organization. See the Organizations guide for full details.
