The operating layer
for systematic crypto trading.

Build, backtest, test and deploy trading strategies across crypto venues without building the infrastructure underneath them. You bring the strategy. Plutarc runs the machinery.

Composable Strategies

The Problem

A trading strategy shouldn't need an engineering department to deploy

A quantitative idea is only the beginning. Turning it into a production system means exchange integrations, market-data pipelines, execution, deployment, monitoring, risk controls and the operational tooling around all of it — none of which is the thing that makes your strategy work.

Large desks can staff that. Everyone else rebuilds it, per strategy, per venue. Plutarc provides that layer so your engineering effort goes into what actually differentiates you.

Architecture

Bring the strategy. We provide the machinery.

Strategy logic runs against common abstractions. Venue-specific behaviour stays isolated inside venue adapters, so a strategy never becomes coupled to one exchange's quirks.

  • 01Your strategySignals, risk limits, the edge itself — composed, versioned, yours
  • 02Strategy engineEvaluates components against market data on your chosen timeframes
  • 03Risk & executionPosition sizing, stops, exposure limits, order lifecycle
  • 04Venue adapterOne per exchange, with its real capabilities declared, not assumed
  • 05InfrastructureDedicated compute near the venue, deployment, state, monitoring

The highlighted layer is yours. Everything beneath it is ours to run.

One strategy environment. Venue-aware execution underneath.

Platform

Compose, isolate, collaborate

Compose

Build strategies from transparent, inspectable components across five roles — signals, filters, risk gates, entry guards, exit rules. Every parameter is tunable. No black-box decisions.

Isolate

Every bot runs on its own dedicated cloud instance across EU, US, and Asia-Pacific. Your bot never shares an instance with another bot. API keys AES-256-GCM-encrypted, decrypted only in bot memory.

Collaborate

5 built-in roles and 34 permissions map to how a real desk operates. Invite your team at no extra cost. No shared credentials, no Slack approvals.

How It Works

From idea to production without changing environments

01

Build

Compose a strategy from transparent components, or start from a template. Every parameter, signal and risk limit is inspectable — nothing is hidden inside a black box.

02

Backtest

Run it against historical market data on the venue and timeframe you intend to trade. If an exchange cannot serve the range you asked for, the run is refused rather than quietly shortened.

03

Test

Validate against live exchange testnets before committing real capital. The strategy does not get rewritten to move between environments.

04

Deploy

Launch onto a dedicated compute instance in the region nearest your venue, provisioned automatically. Your API keys stay yours, encrypted per user.

05

Operate

Track bot health, drill into per-trade diagnostics, enforce risk limits, and invite a risk manager to watch exposure without touching your strategies.

Expressiveness

34.9 billion ways to compose a strategy

67 components across five roles — signals, filters, risk gates, entry guards, exit rules — combine into billions of distinct strategy skeletons before you tune a single parameter. Most bot platforms ship two presets (grid, DCA). The rest require code.

Infrastructure

Deploy close to your exchange

Choose from 19 regions across Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific, selected for proximity to venue infrastructure. Where milliseconds matter, the distance between market data, strategy evaluation and order submission is infrastructure, not luck.

The latency figures we publish are measured, not modelled: automated probes run weekly on the same compute you would deploy to, against each venue, and the results are shown per region and per exchange. They are observations rather than a guarantee.

Team Operations

Your quants don't have to be engineers

Not every quant is a programmer, and not every programmer is a quant. Most platforms force you to bridge that gap — hire an engineer to codify your edge, or settle for a code-required framework. Plutarc lets the person designing the strategy be the person shipping it. No engineering sprint, no shared credentials, no Slack-based approvals.

Scope

What runs today, and what we're building

We would rather tell you where the edges are than let you find them after you have committed a strategy to the platform.

Running in production

  • Directional strategies on perpetual futures, composed from transparent components
  • 10 venues behind one execution layer, each with its capabilities declared rather than assumed
  • Backtesting, exchange testnets, dedicated per-bot compute in the region nearest your venue — with round-trip latency measured weekly by automated probes running on the same compute you would deploy to, not estimated
  • Risk controls, monitoring and operational commands

In development

Not available yet — listed so you can judge the direction, not as a commitment to a date.

  • Market-making and arbitrage execution models, alongside the directional engine
  • Spot markets, and strategies that span more than one venue
  • Decentralised venues and on-chain execution

Strategy engines run against a common platform boundary, so these arrive as additional execution models rather than as a rebuild.
