Monthly Subscribers

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Full access, including live bot operation, continues until that date
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within the final billing period
• Your compute instance is deprovisioned and your bot removed at period end

Annual Subscribers

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Full access, including live bot operation, continues until that date
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within the final billing period
• Your compute instance is deprovisioned and your bot removed at period end

Your Configuration Is Always Yours

Your strategy configuration, component parameters, and account settings are stored independently of your bot instance and are never deleted on cancellation.

If you resubscribe at any point, your previous configuration is waiting for you — no rebuilding required.

Resubscription

• A new compute instance is provisioned automatically on resubscription
• Your bot starts in a ready state, awaiting activation
• Simply assign your API key and strategy template in the dashboard to resume trading
